Steigenberger Hotel El Lessan Main Restaurant is a contemporary all-day dining space designed to provide hotel guests with a refined waterfront dining experience. The design combines panoramic glazing, sheer curtains, warm walnut finishes, premium buffet counters, elegant dining furniture, soft lighting, and carefully planned circulation to create a relaxed yet sophisticated restaurant atmosphere.
Design Challenge
The restaurant needed to support a large number of guests while preserving a calm premium dining mood. Seating capacity, buffet accessibility, circulation, and waterfront views had to work together without compromising comfort or operational efficiency.
Design Solution
The layout is organized around a clear circulation spine connecting dining, buffet, and adjacent hotel spaces. Warm walnut columns, buffet cabinetry, neutral stone flooring, soft curtains, and indirect lighting create a timeless hospitality character with unobstructed views.
